Termination of Residential Management Group (RMG) – October 2010.
Following the decision of leaseholders at the meeting held on 19 October 2010, RMG were provided with notice of termination of their management duties. Residential Management Group Ltd (RGM) were asked to return all financial records, the share register, correspondence and importantly leaseholder’s funds. However, as of 17 December 2010 RMG had not returned any money or other financial records such as invoices or bank statements A new bank account was opened with HSBC to hold Service Charge funds and work began setting up records and copying what documents we had, to make them available on this website. Accounts were then quickly prepared for the year to 31 March 2010 in order to avoid late filing penalties. These accounts are based on figures provided by RMG despite there being no supporting documentation from RMG. The company remained concerned about the lack of financial records and continued to press RMG for these and the return of leaseholders’ funds, the final receipt being in September 2011.
